Preparation
For Cupcakes
1.     Heat the oven to 180C or 190C and align bun tins and paper cake cases
2.     Put all the ingredients for Cupcakes in a bowl and pour 1 tbsp orange juice
3.     Mix and beat all the ingredients until you get the smooth result
4.     Spoon the mixture into the cases and make those three-quarter full
5.     Bake those for 16 to 17 minutes or until you get the golden color
6.     Keep it cool for 5 minutes and place those to a wire rack
For Icing
1.     Take vanilla, butter and icing sugar, making it creamy, add 1-2 tbsp water if too thick
2.     Start icing with palette knife and squeeze deep to place Santa and elf legs
For legs
1.     Follow the instructions to make fondant icing
2.     Form candy canes and pencil sweets into 3-4cm
3.     Take green fondant to form elf boots on strawberry pencil
4.     Take black fondant to form Santa boots on strawberry pencil
5.     Add white fondant around the Santa boots
6.     Use fondant icing to put gold or silver ball on each toe of elf boots
7.     Let the boots dry and push the legs prior serving
